She began her career in Human Resources, working mainly within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors. Prior to joining Amrop 2GET, she was a consultant in two other well-regarded local executive search firms. Her previous experience includes roles at a global bank, a technology startup and a large civil engineering company.
Natasha Lamarca has almost 10 years of experience working as a recruiter in the financial services sector. She has covered senior positions on the buy and sell side, and has built particular expertise working with Investment Banking and Private Equity clients. Prior to that, she worked for two years in Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, as a business partner in the Private Banking business.
