Joao Marco began his career in a Trading Company. He worked for 8 years in large multinational financial institutions, working with areas such as Credit, Controllership, Commercial Planning and Marketing.
His career in Executive Search began in 2007 leading a global company specialized in recruitment. He was responsible for the São Paulo office, where he hired and trained more than 200 professionals through an engaging culture of meritocracy and organic growth.As a business leader, he was repeatedly recognized for a tremendous ability to partner with CEO, CFO and HR leaders, always supporting and improving his clients’ internal recruitment capabilities and strategies.
Joao graduated in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Business and is responsible for the Consumer Goods and Industrial practices and Human Resources and Finance functional expertise.
